Trilogy Search Recruits Dawn Hirsch as SVP of HR for inVentiv

Burlingame, Calif. (October 5, 2012)—Retained executive search firm Trilogy Search Non+Profit has recruited Dawn Hirsch as senior vice president of human resources for inVentiv Health’s commercial segment, a leading provider of sales, marketing, communications and patient outcome services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic drug and medical device companies.

Trilogy also recently recruited Duncan Harwood as chief human resources officer for inVentiv. Chuck Pappalardo handled the assignments on behalf of Trilogy.

In her role as senior vice president of human resources, Hirsch is responsible for talent engagement, human resources operations, total rewards, and professional development. She will be based in New York.

Prior to joining inVentiv, Hirsch was global head of Human Resources for Investment & Advisory and Sales & Trading, and head of Human Resources, Americas Operations, for Thomson Reuters inNew York. She has also held strategic human resources positions with Prime Computer, Zoll Medical Corporation and LavaStorm.

Hirsch graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, with a BA in sociology.
