Trilogy Search Recruits inVentiv Health EVP
Burlingame, Calif. (June 20, 2012) – Retained executive search firm Trilogy Search Non+Profit has recruited Steve Roycroft as executive vice president of inVentiv Health, a leading global provider of best-in-class clinical, commercial and consulting services to companies seeking to accelerate performance. Chuck Pappalardo handled the assignment on behalf of Trilogy.
As executive vice president, Roycroft oversees inVentiv Health’s Commercial and Consulting business segments, focusing on driving operational excellence, identifying unmet client needs and working with business leaders to develop new collaborative solutions. In addition, he leads inVentiv’s Global Strategic Corporate Accounts team and serves on the board of Campbell Alliance, an inVentiv Health company and leader in management consulting to biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies.
Prior to joining inVentiv, Roycroft served as executive vice president and global managing director at Thomson Reuters Corporation. Earlier, he was vice president of sales and commercial operations at CCBN, a web-based communication solutions company acquired by Thomson Financial.
Roycroft has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stonehill College.
